BB30
« on: 03 October, 2017, 04:14:59 pm »
This might seem a strange question from a bike mechanic but I have a BB30 Boardman frame to build up. Using an FSA BB30 chainset in a 68mm shell.

Do I just need the bearings, caps, circlips and wavy washer? Would a PF30 work instead?

I don't have alternatives, the customer has provided the frame and crank. Previously I've replaced the bearings several times and done a Hollowtech conversion using the FSA sleeve but never fitted one from scratch . . .

No, they're different in some small but significant way that I can't quite remember just now.
