Title: How to get rid of Uwavou

Afternoon

Whilst browsing the internet I randomly keep getting a new window open from soemthing called UWAVOU asking me to complete surveys.

How can I get rid of this?? It's driving me mad!! I'm using Windows Vista

Type "UWAVOU" into Google and see the many results explaing how to fix the problem?  :P

Probably OTT but personally I'd consider the machine compromised - back up any user data, wipe and factory restore. Especially if I used that pc for anything financial (online banking, buying anything online, etc.)

Edit: I'm not saying you definitely should, but that's my approach. Then again, I'm a) paranoid, b) well-practised at doing it, and c) have other computers to use while I do it :)
