free onlince training vids?

Anyone got anything that they use to support using a turbo and would recommend? Ideally something similar to sufferfest but free!

Loads of stuff on Utube to trundle away to, as I have been doing for the last 7 weeks. This is the first time in over a year since my accident that I have sat on bike and yesterday I managed 5 hours, although not all in one go!....Next weekend will see my first ride on the road  8)

* my turbo is largely prophylactic, and by sitting in the corner looking threatening it motivates me to HTFU and go outside ;-)
