Tour of Qatar [spoilers]

OK, so it's just an early season warm-up race, but Cav is looking good - he's contested two sprints and won both easily. Or made it look easy, at least. Today's (stage 5) was an intelligent win - very scrappy in the run-in, no real lead-out train for Cav, though Flecha did a good turn on the front inside the final 2km to keep the pace high and prevent any other team setting it up for their man. Cav kept himself positioned near the front, launched early and won by a good margin.

Tom Boonen is also in good shape - could be a good bet for some of the Spring Classics. Can't touch Cav in a head-to-head sprint though. Tempted to put a few quid on Cav for Milan-San Remo.

Farrar hasn't looked close, though probably too early in the season to read anything into that.

And a smack down for Cav to finish off the race!

Apparantly he is fine...
Those wonderful norks are never far from my thoughts, oh yeah!
