Title: Setting up BRMs?

Hi, I'm from the UK but now live in Spain. We've found it difficult  finding BRMs over here so we've often had to travel hundreds of Kms in our attempt to qualify for PBP.  How difficult is it to setup a club to run a series of BRMs? How to you gain accreditation?

Talk to the Spanish organisation http://randonneurs.es They are very experienced (Francesc Porta Torras has finished 11 PBPs). AUK advice may differ somewhat and the Spanish have jurisdiction for virtually all BRMs in Spain.
