I'm off to Billericay first for Parkrun so will leave there 9:45-10 so won't go via Fyfield/Ongar as I'll be further East.

I'll ride back that way I would have thought even though they are my normal commuting roads.

Maybe aim for Allez Allez in Ongar then? I'll have to look at routes a bit further east, but 10:00-ish meeting? Open to riding back if we have enough time.

Allez Allez in Ongar looks promising. If those meeting up aim for 10:00 for an early elevenses, we should be at the Velodrome by lunchtime. Fingers crossed the River Lee towpath is in reasonable shape ...

I’ve been in once during the day when I had a meeting nearby.  Coffee was pretty decent.

I’ll head to Stratford direct so see you all there about Noon.  (I was only in the Olympic Park last night).

I may have to skip this.  I woke up overnight with a headache and a head full of grot.  A test says it isn’t Covid but unless it improves somewhat over the next 24 hours then I won’t subject you to my sniffing and spluttering.
