We tried some of this yesterday - absolutely superb! Knocks spots off the normal jars of curry sauce (Sharwoods or Pataks) that we've used many times before. We had the rogon and the korma - each is designed or two people and there were 5 of us, but since one of the five was my 3-year-old grand-daughter, she didn't have a great deal.

Waitrose sell them.

I can also recommend Rafi's Spicebox. They have a shops in York and Sudbury and do mail order from the website. Excellent.
I think you'll find it's a bit more complicated than that.

Yep - we got them in Waitrose and were thoroughly impressed.
Right! What's next?

Ooooh. That sounds like a daft idea.  I am in!

Bought some Spice Tailor spices in Tesco yesterday with a curry now planned for the weekend.

The Tesco I usually shop in doesn't stock them sadly (though it does stock Lloyd Grossman curry sauces...) so I placed an internet order direct. It may be some time before I sample them - 14 day delivery stated.

So how are you meant to use those curry sauces? What's in them? I've never used one before.
