Excellent preso
Draft master plan

Interesting, better than anything I've seen of UK, but probably these exist for UK and I'm not aware.

Cycled there last year for a few days, good cycle lanes with space. Bar a few steep hills it is a great cycling town and plenty of people doing so, though not at Portland level yet. There is a handful old rail trails too, back from the lumber trade days, that goes along the lake and rivers.

We cycled at rush hour which was only tricky because we didn't know the city and route to take, but somewhat better than London when you are not used to London. We managed to cycle nearly 30 miles pretty much off road one day from North Settle to Redmond on trails along river and lake, brewery stop and then bus back to down town to then cycle "home", grand day out.

Most buses in the US takes 2-3 bicycles on front, quite funny that since the US is so car oriented.

Best of all you are just a short ferry ride away from Bainbridge Island, great for a day out on your bike. Or a few hours away from stunning the San Juan Islands.
Current mood: AARRRGGGGHHHHH !!! #bollockstobrexit
