DJR (Dave Russell) now retired. Carbon Beone parts bin special retired to turbo trainer, Brompton broken, as was I, Whyte Suffolk dismantled and sold. Now have Mason Definition and Orbea M20i.

That's a better day - good distance and (more importantly) good speed.  Time for some well-deserved rest and sleep.

If you're following him on http://audaxclubhackney.co.uk/tg.html I think it may be going a bit squiffy around Bedford and the M1 and overestimating the distance a little. But he should get a sufficient distance today anyway.

required number of miles? ?   only 228 covered.  However now 44 mls (above 206pd) in hand but it is not a lot (yet)
