Servicing LPG Rayburn in central Scotland.

We have had a Rayburn which uses LPG for the last 15 yrs and find it very difficult to get anyone to service it here in central Scotland. Engineers come once but never come back. I make sure I have a bath before they visit so it can't be my smell.  I always provide tea or coffee. I don't curse in front of the engineer. I don't have horns.We always pay our bills promptly Does anyone know of a reliable engineer in central Scotland who does LPG boiler servicing?

We've been using http://www.alanmelville.co.uk/servicing.php to service a natural gas Rayburn, and although sometimes he's quite busy and can't fit us in right away, as far as I can recall he's always shown up when he said he would.
We're in Perth, his website says

Servicing customers in the Perth, Perthshire, Dundee (Tayside), Fife, Edinburgh, Stirling and Falkirk area.
