Anyone riding this?

And, why isn't it called Gerry's Autumn Brevet any more?

I've got an entry in.  Name has changed because Gerry isn't the org any more I think.

That is correct, Gerry is taking a break from organising and is pursuing "Other InterestsTM" :-)

Sadly, I will not be able to enter as I work on Sunday until the clocks go back! :-)
Born to ride my bike, forced to work! ;)

Ah, right, thanks.

I'm not coming either, I'm seeing a friend that day  :D

Just wondered.  Done it a couple of times and it's a fabulous ride.

I've entered, it is one of my favourite rides because there is usually a good turnout, and it feels like a nice end of season outing.  (Although now that Deano has organised a 200k later in the month it might not be the end of my season)

Since the Season changed dates (I voted against, not that I bear a grudge or anything) it's an early season event, rather than end of season one.

We'll be riding. None of that ECE rubbish so if anyone wants a lift? (Ruthie we could fit you and your friend)

For goodness sake do not Google RRTY otherwise you will never have an end-of-season ever again.

Not far enough

I'll be there, my first 100 km in over a year so hoping the recent Mellow Fruitfulness lumpy 50 km will prove to have been suitable preparation.

I've seen a few likely looking suspects out on the route today. Sadly I was in my Jeep, due to family commitments so I was jealous :(

It was a nice autumn day out, despite one or two light showers we had some good spells of sunshine.  Apparently Dale did that ECE thingy by cycling down to Wigginton, but there is a wicked rumour that he cadged a lift instead of cycling back home as well.

Is one of you the guy on the dark green Surly with the on-one bars?  Sorry I didn't get your name.  I'm Ben; red Hewitt, yellow AUK jersey.

Hi Dave, hope you enjoyed it; I though it was a great ride, I especially liked the bit after Ampleforth.  Both your and your riding companions bikes caught my eye!
