Not sure. I've had cherry beer (Belgian recipe but brewed in Poland) and didn't like it, I imagine chocolate beer would be along similar lines.

Young's Chocolate Stout is made with real chocolate and is very pleasant.

Cherry beer varies depending on whether it's just bog standard beer with cherry flavouring added (awful) or proper old lambic kriek (truly marvellous).
