We used to get something similar in the Officer's Mess in Victoria Barracks, Hong Kong, except that instead of toast it was served on top of a lump of beef ;D

You don't get Baby's Heads or Shit on a Raft very often these days. Cheesy Hammy Eggy is always a winner, though. See also Spithead Phesant, Nellie's Wellies, Cheese Ush and ... Black on Black.

Look, you have to remember that these names were invented decades, and sometimes centuries ago. Some of them are more than a little unusable these days - the worse terms are dropping out of use, but it's a generational change. Does anyone want to hear them (and their translations)?

I was intrigued so had a little lookaround, as military slang makes me chuckle.

I was disappointed not to find Snorkers in the Navy slang.

I occasionally make something similar - toast, veggie rashers, melted cheese and a poached egg. Think it must be something my mum gave me as a kid (with real bacon and a fried egg).
