As mentioned in another post, I have some non-stick sheets that are truly awesome. They were given to me some 25 years ago by a friend from the US, and are still going strong, although they do show signs of their age. I use one most days, either on the bottom, of the oven to catch spills, on an oven tray or tin to bake (no fat needed at all), rolling pastry,whatever.

A 15" x 18" sheet would work out to be about £10 including all post (£8-ish if you can collect from East London). I'm asking the manufacturers for a sample to check before ordering (also, if there is a European vendor)
