18650 Batteries + Smart Charger

Need some batteries. Ebay seems to be a minefield. Are UltraFire any good? Sanyo would be a safe bet but they seem silly expensive.

I only really need one battery at a time.

Ultrafire are very hit and miss. Senybor much more reliable. Trustfire chargers seem ok ( I have one) but note comments at end of attached article.
