Three of our speakers will cover the planning, implementation and spin-offs of 20mph speed limits with practical experience from Simon Moon, Head of Traffic and Transportation and Lynne Stagg, Executive Member for Traffic and Transportation (both from Portsmouth City Council). Ian Hudspeth, Cabinet Member for Growth and Infrastructure, Oxfordshire County Council is a keen supporter of 20mph and will give the political perspective.
