ABout 8.15 at the top of Lewisham Hill heading west.
I didn't see the incident but as I passed there were a couple of cyclists, on the pavement, one with his shirt off on the phone, and a council refuse lorry with its hazard lights on at an angle to the road. It's a junction where a lot of people turn left across the cycle lane, so I think I can hazard a guess at what happened.
