1 - Chap on motor scooter stopped behind stop line, and not in ASL!

2 - I was making a right turn, and a (different) chap on a motor scooter paused to let me turn!

I saw the polite BMW driver today.  (AFAIK there's only the one...)

He/she could have overtaken then done an emergency stop before the lights, but let me cruise up to the line, and waited behind me.
