School Run Issues

People on this forum seem to get a bit worked up over the problems caused by the school run in the UK. This may help put things in perspective.

The letter from the school to the parents is good.

'Get a bit worked up' suggests the kind of entitled super-twattery on display in that news story is something that should be shrugged off with a smile as long as it's enacted with a 4x4 rather than an explicitly deadly weapon.

The letter is probably good in a Texan context, where Exercising your Second Amendment right is A Thing, but it does tend to imply that brandishing a gun in response to a traffic altercation would be quite ok if there weren't kids in the car.

Texas being a "stand your ground" state, brandishing a gun in a traffic altercation just might be ok.
