Delete tracks off ex vista? (unobvious)

When i go to bikehike and choose upload from GPS, find tracks - the list box has a load of tracks that are called "undefined", and then below all those, there are the ones that are actually sensible, their name being the date and the duration.
Is there any way I can clear all the "undefineds" off my unit?

I have tried "Tracks - Clear Track Log" and "Reset" with "Clear Track Log" and "Delete saved tracks" ticked, to no avail...

It looks like it is actually reading the waypoints on the eTrex, and somehow seeing them as tracks. Deleting all of the waypoints on my eTrex got rid of all of the 'undefined' items in the list.
I don't know whether this is a bug with Bikehike or with the Garmin Communicator plugin? I've just upgraded to the latest version of the plugin (v2.93), still the same problem.

aha, yes that might explain it - I do often use the 'mark' function and then not bother looking at the waypoint. I can't remember when I last cleared the actual waypoints.
I'll try that when I get home.
