World Skiff Championships - 2013

They finish today.

It's been a great inaugural event, over 1,000 people involved, and centred around a kit skiff developed to revitalise the coastal rowing communities of yore. The weather has been pretty good, although a long distance picnic run on Tuesday was curtailed because of high seas and haar.

and yesterday's. managed to get a ride on the Harbour boat, so was out along the 2km course.























and the panorama here which was a technical challenge, being on a moving, pitching boat at the time!
