Not a bad list.  I can recommend Lunya, Bakchich & Bold St Coffee from personal experience.  Not sure I'd call Lunya budget though !

For once the comments are worth reading, with more useful recs.  Some a bit out of date though. One person suggested Otty's cafe, which closed about 20 years ago!  It's now the excellent Kimo's.
