Certainly.  I first saw him when I was in hospital after a cartilege operation as an 17 year-old.  I guess I should thank rugger for giving me the blues!  The ward television was showing the blues package from a railway station and I think apart from Matt, Rosetta Tharpe and Howling Wolf were featured, but I could be wrong.  I know that the artistes were bowled over by the reception given to them by British honkies which was far in excess of anything they enjoyed in the US.
