Strangely, I had a dream about this only last night.   The snow was banked above my head yet the way was clear and ice free.   Clearly I want to go to Clapham...    :D

So, as Ruthie intimates, is the game afoot?

The booking calendar still appears to be open.

I have just emailed Sue indicating our wish to get a group together for the 29th and 30th of Jan suggesting that we will be booking individually, that 10 peeps have expressed interest so far, and requested her to allocate people stating YACF to the same bunk room. (if nesc we can change this later).

Can we have a forum name roster please with confirmation of booking in due course. The two primary bunk rooms will accommodate 10/11 ea and another room 3 persons. If anyone would prefer a different arrangement to the foregoing please let me know.

The PB's (that's both of us) are upferrit!

As it's Clapham, we might be tempted to ride from Lancaster following the Way of the Roses route.   There's a good cafe stop at Hornby iirc.   Our train arrives in Lancaster at 08:29 on the current timetable.   If anybody fancies riding we are happy to be part of a "Team Very Slow".

So if I'm reading that right we need to contact the bunk house and book, quoting "YACF", or should we wait for Sue's reply?

I'm up ferret and happy to do either :)

Reply from Sue,

I think we should just go ahead and book individually on line.

Hi Bob,

Thank you for your enquiry, I have a dorm available on that weekend at the moment.
I would need you to fill in the attached booking form and return it to me with 50% deposit.
If you want everyone to book separately they would all need to read and fill one in and each pay their deposit,  I've no problem with that but it could get a bit complicated.
Rates and payment details can also be found on the form.

Kind regards,

Sue - Clapham Bunk
