What to have for dinner?

I have chicken, lots of fresh coriander, and lots of tomatoes and some mushrooms. Also have pasta, rice and cous cous.
What shall we have for dinner? I can buy a few more bits if needed.

You've probably eaten by now, but if not do you have fromage frais? If so, you could do a mushroom stroganoff.
