This was a piglet, so no, not much there worth talking about. Also means that cheeks get left, there's a balance to be struck between cooking and burning (and buggering if you are a Prime Minister). I got fore to aft quarters perfect, and the midsection not burnt. The only improvement I REALLY needed was to get the crackling better, which would have been perfect, but the meat off the piglet is to die for. Well, at least it was for the piggy.
