Unfortunately I only saw the first few moments of Pooley's ride before having to disappear off. From the results it seems Armstrong was well clear of the field and was very impressive being over 55 seconds ahead of second place, esp. when 55 seconds also covered the rides from 2nd to 9th. It's a shame Pooley only managed 11th, tho. Ah well, eyes will be on Nichole Cooke in the road race and Wiggo carries British hopes into men's TT that's tomorrow. However, Cav has pulled out of the road race because he's ill.
