My Mum has mild 'flu.
Parents were due to fly to Israel tomorrow to celebrate Batmitzvah of Avigail on Dec 25 and
Barmitvah of Eliezer on Jan 1.
Airports seem snowbound.
Mum's decided not to travel tomorrow but might go on Thursday (if they can get a flight...).
Mum sees Batmitzvah (wimmin only fest) as a farce.
Barmitvah will be weekend in middle-of-nowhere resort where my sister's in-laws will predominate and parents' family will be sidelined.
I suspect they may not be too upset if they miss the whole charade...
