That I had last year after a cold seems to have returned. Last time it got to be a bronchial infection and I spent far to long coughing before going to see the doc. Just been out on the bike and spent a lot of it coughing and retching.

Right.. ring the surgery tomorrow. Try and sort it by christmas.

Anyhow, after going out on the bike for a gentle amble up the Law, I was coughing and retching like a good 'un. Next morning I felt fine. I even felt fine enough to go to the Swim Fit class.

Slight trace of the cough still, but much better than it was.

And I get my new bike tomorrow..
