Neck and shoulder really sore. Dunno how it happened. Now sat (very still) at home. I biked to work, and showered, hoping that the hot water would improve the situation. Getting dressed was incredibly painful, so I made my excuses and booked a taxi home.
Physio appointment booked for 5pm this evening. Hopefully the same taxi driver as took pity on me and drove incredibly gently this morning.
