The Scottish access is interesting, in that as I have understood it, it's not allowing use of motor vehicles for access, as pointed out ^^^.  The camping bit is interesting though, as it doesn't specifically exclude use of motor vehicles, i.e. parking in a layby and camping next to your car vs walking to the layby and camping in it is highly debated.  Clearly, driving somewhere, parking legally and then walking into the woods is allowed, but there's no clear indication of how far into the woods removes you from the "camping next to your car" scenario.
