Bent spotted in Portsmouth, one of us?

Couldn’t see the trike as it was obscured by a fence from my perspective but I defiantly spotted a flag zoom by just above the height of the fence.  Not like any flag that I've seen before, very brightly lit up and very colourful. Completely unmissable.

I've been  back in Portsmouth for the first time since November this week and I've seen him again. Much closer this time though he passed so quickly I barely managed to wave. Anyway what i can be certain of was that it was a Cruzbike being ridden by a Naval chap.

Hi laidbackrider, I only visit Portsmouth sporadically these days and seldom have a bike with me when I  am there. There are few recumbentists around the area though.
