WFW survey of disabled cyclists

Wheels For Wellbeing are doing a survey again:

https://wheelsforwellbeing.org.uk/survey-of-disabled-cyclists/

I suggest anyone here who is disabled under the terms of the 2010 Equality Act, or who sometimes uses a cycle as a mobility aid fills it in.

I know it's a bit flawed (I note it doesn't handle the cases of "I don't attempt to use my cycle as a mobility aid in places where cycling is not permitted, but my mobility would benefit from being able to" and "I'm disabled but not eligible for benefits" particularly well), but the data is likely to be a useful campaigning tool.
