What constitutes a bare knuckle fixie?

The only Bareknuckle I'm aware of in the fixed wheel world is a frame (http://www.hubjub.co.uk/eai/eaibk.htm) made by Euro Asia Imports. I've always fancied one myself, they're very nice. They do a Brassknuckle too which is their compact aluminium framed version.
