This is a narrow road system, and has blind bends. It's not the road for any high-speed, which, as I say, curious as to how it ended up where it did. One's talking about a car's width across the bridge, and as everything else is 'soft' material either side of the bridge, one can exclude it hitting anything 'firm' on the opposite side which would have resulted in the car being bounced across.
