Street Cruising

I note that West Midlands Police have recently introduced an injunction on "Street racing and cruising in Birmingham".  It is obviously aimed at street racing cars and the recent disorderly motorcycle rallies.

So why haven't I put this in the Vroom board?  Well, this bit made me think.

The High Court order – secured by Birmingham City Council and West Midlands Police – means anyone caught racing or joining unauthorised vehicle rallies on the city’s streets will be held in contempt of the ruling and can be hauled before a judge.
My bold

Could CMs be classed as cruising under this injunction?  I suppose it depends whether the ruling specifically mentions motor vehicles or is more general than that.
Admission.  I'm actually not that fussed about cake.

In this context, "cruising" applies to motorised vehicles - I don't think I have ever heard of pedal-cyclists referring to going on a "cruise".

I note that an injunction banning car cruising in the Black Country was introduced in December 2014, and was permitted to continue as of March this year. The stories pertaining to the latest injunction don't have a link to it, but I would have thought the wording would be similar to the 2014 one, taking into account that it's including motorcycles and the wearing of "killer clown" masks.
