I took up a new sport last night and have injured myself inside my left elbow :-)

We have a winner in 41 seconds!

I  was wearing an armguard but over the course of 36 arrows managed to let the string hit my elbow three times - must improve bow grip ;D

Must learn to turn your elbow!  Hard to learn till you've hit it a few times....
