I haz it.

Or something involving the same letters anyway.  Being made to go sailing in very cold weather today hasn't helped.

</whinge>

Hoping to get some swimming in when I am back home next week, as that helped when I hurt it playing football back in Septemberish.  Without the otitis externa this time I hope.

Improved today.  Much less of a struggle getting in/out of chairs, walking, etc.

It wasn't MY idea!

I actually was without hat, gloves and jacket for the first hour or so (everyone else being well wrapped up), just the sailing dungarees, but my hands got a bit cold (bright red they were) so I relented and put on some more clothes.

About 17-18 years ago we were sailing at Easter on the firth of Clyde and mum, dad and sis were all in shorts and t-shirt and fine.  I was in two pairs of trousers, and sat there shivering.  I am about 1/3 heavier than I was back then though.  ::-)

Rode to work for the first time this year, today.
