Bradford isn't flat either. Highest point, according to same site, 325m. Wikipedia says Bristol's highest point is 112m, so lesser gain than Bradford.

I put in my sister's postcode in NI and got the usual .gov.uk response: England only. Sod'em.

Site appears to be broken - where there should be a map, there is empty space.

ETA - Won't work on my Windows machine, but does work in Firefox on my Mac

It does say at the top it is a beta service and your feedback will help make it a better service, or words to that effect.  We are about 60cm above the record flood level in 2000 and in zone 1.

Worked for me on my phone. Confirmed we are in zone 3 which isn't exactly a surprise when your house is below (I think anyway) high tide in the Thames!

I recorded 17.03C, which is about right for being knackered from nursing duties and in no state to ride a bicycle.

Yesterday was 1C warmer than forecast by the Met office the day before.

Bloody hell, that was awful today, a deluge of biblical proportions, which I ended up driving through for an hour.

The field behind our barn is a lake this morning. Fortunately it's not ours.  Got water into the back of my workshop, though: some of my stock  of wood is standing in it. :(  Bikes dry though.

Brilliant sunshine this morning.  The rufty-tufty hairy-arsed builders swarming over the scaffolding on the house over the road must be a lot happier.

Beautiful morning here as well.  I had plans for a lovely morning run but stress related insomnia put paid to that idea as I have a 10:00am meeting.  I need some more caffeine.

I was about to agree that it is a beautiful bright crisp morning. But the weather said, oops, this is Llandysul, sorry.  Here you go. Rain.
