I've recently bought an ICE QNT and it's a revelation. I'm commuting on it everyday (20 odd miles) and am going out for longer rides (up to 80miles so far but that is because of time restraint, not ability).

I honestly don't think I want to go back to upright bikes, they honestly just don't make much sense now. I don't drive so use trains for transport to get to different starting points, this is problematic with trikes. Any thoughts on Challenge mistral SL's? I've already committed to buying it, just wanted to peoples opinion.

Yeah, I saw that a few days ago. I'm wondering how unrugged they're. Wondering if anyone has had one for a few years.

It's possible to take a trike on a train.
Seat off and fold the back end up, depending on the age then the back wheel come off as well.
Then just pack it into a soft bike bag, it's 50-50 if you pack the seat in the bag or not.
It end up sitting on one wheel with the main boom at an angle across the bag.
This way it's a very big heavy bag and not a trike.
It was a PITA but I've even taken my trike on the London underground that way.

It has a 26" rear non folding rear end.
