Pair of 28mm Contis. Dunno if I will, there's a trim router I want for not much more.
I've dusted off all those old bottles and set them up straight

A set of Cyclus head tube facing and fork crown cutting tools.

I haven't bought Chairman Al's disc-braked, nose- and tail-faired, Rohloff-equipped Kingcycle, mostly because it's too small.

But now you've given it a good coat of looking at I suspect the genesis of a cunning plan . . .

I was watching a brand new Park BTS-1 BB facing and tapping set on eBay starting at £230 (less than half price).  It went for that, too.  But the seller, despite having 100% feedback, couldn't spell or punctuate and it smelt of scam.

Turns out it's only got a disc brake on the back.  And it's too small.  It's have to be, coz Chairman Al is a midget.

Job.B's ICE tandem trike.  It's lovely, but we've got nowhere to store it, let alone transport it.

(Also pointedly ignoring the Kingcycle.)

an ICE Full Fat, because a) I would be killed utterly to DETH by Dr Beardy (Mrs) if it showed up at Beardy's burrow and its a little bit too small to hide, and b) its a bit of a one trick pony and although it would be fun cycling on the beaches and in the dunes, getting it there would be a pain.

I'd be interested to know how many of those they actually sell.  I mean, evidently enough for them to start producing them commercially, but I can't help thinking it's mostly a crowd-pleaser at trade shows.

I am eyeing up winter cycling kit in the expectation that now is a better time to buy than early November.

More specifically, bib tights.

I have my eye on these https://www.planetx.co.uk/i/q/CLPXFLSRBT/planet-x-flanders-superroubaix-bib-tight which're £40, but my current much loved bib shorts are by Decathlon. They do a tights version for £60 https://www.decathlon.co.uk/900-warm-cycling-bib-tights-black-id_8396396.html which would have the same pad and material as the shorts version, so I am thinking of sucking it up and paying the £20 difference for consistency's sake.

Only complication is I'm assuming you can't make one pair of bib tights last all week so I'll probably need two sets, which raises the stakes a bit. £80 to Planet X or £120 to Decathlon? Arrrgh!

A Marin Fairfax SC3 hybrid. https://www.cyclesurgery.com/p/marin-fairfax-sc3-2018-Q3214220.html?colour=1933

Apparently I've won it in a Red Bull Strava commute promotion. Not really sure what to do as I commute on fixed with drops and don't have room to store the bikes we have, let alone another.

It seems I am so unhip that I hadn't heard of Will It Blend until this very Google.

I have until Friday to advise them which frame size I want.

Large of course. Then you can give it to me as a retirement pressie.  :D

It is going to a workmate for his commute as that seemed appropriate for something won by cyclecommuting.

A Rapha winter collar in the sale: by the time I'd finished umming and ahhing over whether it was worth getting another one once the postage charges were added on, they'd sold out.

Still haven't bought a new commuting hack bike (Pinnacle Neon 1).

Current hackbike is intent on not falling to bits and surprises me with its lazarus-esque results from minimal maintenance.

Barakta has now become aware of, and joined me in not buying this.

Almost bought a Sonder Camino Al. With the 15% discount, seems quite reasonably priced for the spec. Though I have several bikes already which need some work done, and haven't been used in ages, so I should get them sorted out first.
Might buy a Sonder sometime anyway. Maybe there will be a new version soon?

I haven't bought this bar tape:

Nor this matching saddle (though if Spesh produced an Oura or Romin in that colour scheme, I probably would have done!):

I do wish these bike companies would stop bringing out such pretty stuff at the moment. Won't they think of my poor bank balance? :'(

Not purchased list grows:-

1. Pinnacle Neon 1 (new commuter/hack bike)
2. Altura Dryline 2 56L panniers (my current ones are falling apart and on their 3rd tactical application of duck tape).
