Mark Young (Scottish Cycling Coach) is running a ladies only intro session to track riding on Sunday 26th April at Caird Park in Dundee. More details at

Caird Park is a 400m tarmac track. The banking is not very steep so there is no danger of sliding down a wall of death. It is an ideal place to learn the skills of track riding before graduating to the joys of Meadowbank or the Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome.

It takes blood and guts to be this cool but I'm still just a cliché.
