Larmer Tree Festival

Total rip-off, no sign of any South American goat like creatures, not even a token alpaca :)

It's actually the first festival that I've been to. We only went for the Sunday and had to leave before Tiniarwen and Seth Lakeman.

Great day out for the whole family though, my wife's less into the music but enjoyed the crafty stuff and my son ran wild with his friends and the hordes of feral (well as feral as the children of Islington  and Wandsworth get) children.

I stayed under a tree by the main stage, great sets from Justin Adams, Julie Fowlis, Bedouin Jerry Can Band and Kate Rusby. Got chatting one of the Bedouin after their set, they've been touring in the UK for 2 months and he seemed genuinely overwhelmed by the reception that they've recieved.

Overall a superb day; well organised, clean and safe. Planning to go back for longer next year.
