Anyone else doing this? It will be my first audax and 100 in a long, long time and the second half has my legs all of a quiver just thinking about it!

I'll be there. Hardly any cycling recently. Is going to hurt but eh, we'll plod along.

I may be in a red YACF top but may have a black long sleeve jersey instead given the forecast.

I think pain and plodding will both be very apt descriptions!

Indeed. Another fantastic event

My bonking at 65km and limping round the rest is no reflection on the amount of food laid on but a sad indication of my lack of fitness.

Did it though. Just.

My everything hurts now.

Was a hard reintroduction to more than pootling around for 50k for sure- may be the slowest I have ever done that kind of distance! Still, was great fun and my personal highlight was getting up that 25% hill whilst popping unintentional wheelies!

Spent a couple of hours stamping cards in Lily’s.   J managed to get most of his homework done while we were there.

The portion of eggs, chips and beans was massive and I haven’t even ridden my bike today.

The portion of chips you got was huge! I am the owner of the tan wall shod condor by the way. ;)

Nice bike.   One of the joys of controlling is looking at the equipment choices of the riders.
