Title: Egg whites?

I often end up with spare egg whites, after making dressings/mayonnaise, and while I try to mix them into omelette/fritattas, it isn't always convenient...so..how long (and how) can you store egg whites?

Freeze 'em but remember to label the container with how many are in it.
