Registry cleaners - trust them?

As a result of my other (SSL) issue I've run Glary utilities and it's found 200+ registry errors...  Go ahead and fix, what do you reckon?

I've never had any problems with Glary Utilities or CCCleaner cleaning registry entries (the former finds more than than the latter) and both will restore changes in theory...
