Transferring data to a Nokia 6700

Stop laughing at my phone, those of you skulking at the back.

Specifically....
Is there an easy / quick way to transfer the entire contents of the address book on my Nokia 6320i, or alternatively (and preferably) from the address book on my iMac to my Nokia 6700?

I have data cables for both phones - and both phones have bluetooth.

Any suggestions?
