Not having a 705 myself, can anyone confirm if this is compatible or not?
I have a strong feeling it's not, and that the Edge 800 was the first Edge unit that supported raster tiles.
Is that correct?
And is it still the case even with the most recent 705 firmware?
The Internet is giving me contradictory answers, and Garmin's website is being even more obtuse than usual.
It's not listed on this page as compatible:
http://gbr.garmin.com/on-the-trail/products/compatible-products.htmlI think the display on the 705 is not really up do displaying an OS-type map anyway.
