This sign, and another identical one, are to be found on Thorpe Bay Golf Course.

Thorpe Bay is the posh bit of Saarfend, where Fatters lives. ;)

I like the sign by me which is in a bomb crater that regularly fills with water.
It simply states:

DANGER
WATER
