Another compact camera recommendation request

So with the kittens the OH want to buy another camera. 

Needs to be able to have video er that is about it.  No other criteria really.

What is out there and not too expensive...so less than £150.

What sort of phone do they have? 

My phone has better video capability than any of my cameras for general family/ facebook type stuff.

Ah phones are low end.

Looking ata sony dscw810 that is going for £25. Fits the criteria of being a small point and shoot.
